This is the minutes and agenda from the Board of Directors meeting on October 15, 1970. At this meeting, the Board discussed the dedication of the North St. building, the distribution of the equipment and furnishings from the Carnegie Library, private sale of some of the furnishings from the Carnegie Library, and bids for the sale of the Carnegie Library. They also discussed shutting down the Carnegie Library on November 1, and opening at the North St. Library on November 22.  Also included are:

• a list of donations from the Library's Lincoln Collection to the Macon County Historical Commission
