Description

This is the agenda and minutes from the Board of Directors special and monthly meetings of June 1984. At this meeting the Board discussed computer buy/sell program with RPLS, committee reports, expenditures, prevailing wage rate, resolution 84-7, computer bids, the new librarian James Scholtz, and the new State Library rules.  Also included are: 
  • Finance and Properties Committee motion to end joint ownership with Rolling Prairie Library System of the LIBS 100 computer
  • statistical report for May 1984
  • resolution 84-7 stating that RPLS will purchase DPL's share of the LIBS 100 computer
  • motion from the board to approve the proposal from CLSI Systems Inc.
  • certificate of publication from Decatur Herald and Review
  • resolution determining prevailing wage rates
  • list of prevailing wages for construction trades from the Illinois Department of Labor
  • notice of determination of prevailing wage rates
