This is the agenda and minutes from the Board of Directors meeting on October 21, 1982. At this meeting the Board discussed committee reports in regard to expenditures, RPLS, non-resident borrowing, computer upgrade and down time, Children's Librarian, insurance, Friends book fair, technical services, home reading, and the computer maintenance agreement.  Also included are:
