This is the agenda and minutes of the Board of Directors meeting on February 12, 1971. At this meeting, the Board discussed the continuing issues with the City Computer Center, the money earned from the library auction, the artwork purchased for the new building, and the need for custodial care for the new building.  Also included are: 

• a report from the board on the investigation into whether items of historical value were sold at the public auction in January 1971
• statistical report for February 1971
• a list of bills for February 1971
• budget report for May 1970 through February 1971
