This is the agenda and minutes of the Board of Directors annual and monthly meeting on May 22, 1986. At this meeting the Board discuss committee reports pertaining to circ stats, expenditures, amending the policy code in relationship to sick leave, search committee, Friends book sale, library tours, annual report of the city librarian, annual report of the Board of Trustees, annual report to the Illinois State Library, and the nominating committee.  Also included are:
