"From Yesteryear - The Curve Inn, located on Route 48 near MacArthur High School opened in 1953--four years before MacArthur opened its doors for its first school year. A few weeks ago, Irene (Shaw) Huff wrote about her family's ownership in the Curve Inn, which her father, Clyde Shaw, and Al Dreschel opened. Irene wrote: 'Al left the business in 1954 and when my husband Keith Huff was discharged from the Air Force that year he joined my father in the business."
