Herald and Review Library: Wilhelm, Lt. G. R., Article on back of photo; "Lieut. G. R. Wilhelm, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wilhelm, will graduate next week from the advanced army air training school at Blackland Field, Tex. he is one of four sons of Mr. and Mrs. Wilhelm now in the U. S. Army, and a fifth is facing draft as soon as he graduates from high school this spring. Of the other brothers in service, Arnold is in North Africa in the ordnance service; Carl is in Guadalcanal and a veteran of several major battles, and Edgar, recently commissioned lieutenant in the tank destroyer division, is located in Louisiana."
