Photograph of Mrs. James (Sarah) Keefe. She was the wife of Colonel James Keefe, who was an early Decatur resident, and landholder. He amassed a fortune selling seashells. Her home was at 1080 St. Louis Ave. The photo was taken by International Stereograph, and used in the Decatur Herald or Daily Review.
