Description
Photograph of the Walrus Mfg. Co. located on the corner of Broadway and Wabash Ave. Walrus Mfg. Co. originally was the Decatur Refrigeration and Mfg. Co.; changed in 1903. The business was phased out after 72 years of operation. In 1972 the business was producing laboratory and hospital metal casework. Article published in the Herald and Review; 3/31/1972, page 2.
