Herald and Review Library: Ramsey, Jack E.; Article on back of photo; "Ramsey Transferred; Pvt. Jack E. Ramsey, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Ramsey, 222 North Illinois street, has completed six months training in the anti-air-craft coast artillery at Camp Callan, San Diego, Calif., and has recently been transferred to electrical school at Chicago. He was a senior at Decatur high school when he entered service last March."
