Rutledge, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thelo rutledge, 845 North Main street, received his wings and was commissioned a second lieutenant at the navigation school., Selman Field, La. last week. Lieutenant Rutledge entered service in February, 1943, and is a former employee of the Oak Ordnance plant a Illiopolis."
