Herald and Review Library: Wright, Jack; Article on back of photo; "Two well known Decatur boys, Aubrey Taylor and Jack Wright, were among the 44 Illinoisans who yesterday completed their basic training period as Flying Cadets at Randolph Field, Texas. At primary schools they logged some 65 hours of flying in 200 horsepower training planes and won their places in the 450 horsepower trainers at Randolph Field. Early in August Taylor, a former basketball, baseball and football star, and Wright a fine golfer, will win their wings as second lieutenants in the Air Corps Reserve."
