Description
Photograph of Albert Leach, City clerk for nearly 11 years. He resigned Dec 1, 1913 and went to California. He was employed in the Race Clothing store 25 years. He was elected city treasurer in 1901. In 1903 he was elected city clerk and remained there until his resignation. Photo was used about 1911 in the Decatur Herald and Review.
