This is the oral history of Lester J. Grant. He was interviewed by Betty Turnell on March 28, 1988. This interview covered his early life, time as the superintendent of Decatur Public Schools, and his retirement. Included with this oral history is a recording of Lester Grant's retirement speech at his appreciation dinner at the Masonic Temple on May 24, 1967.
