Photograph BS183: Ehman & Co. Mantel Factory. Located at the north east corner of Jasper and Garfield streets. This view shows the east side of the building with power house and drying sheds in background. The factory was destroyed by fire 1/7/1911. In 1917 the Williams Sealing Corp. was founded at the site of the mantel factory. In 1942 the name was changed to Crown Cork. In February 1951 Mueller Co. bought the Crown Cork building and it became the site of Mueller Co., Plant No. 4. Photo ran in the Review 1/8/1911. Photo BS184: Ehman & Co. Mantel Factory Site.
