Description
Photograph of Dennis A. Bradley (b. 1861, d. 8/17/1913), a Decatur merchant and partner at the Bradley Bros. department store with his brother, Bernard. The store opened in 1884 at 123 N. Water St., and moved to the site of the Block & Kuhl store in 1888. The store closed in 1910, and Bradley opened a women's ready-to-wear store at 151 N. Water St. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church. The photo was taken by Shively around 1895.
