Photograph of Frank Skelley; (died 9/6/1923). Decatur grocer for 19 years. He came to Decatur in 1857 and conducted a grocery store at 135 N. Franklin street for 19 years. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church and since the organization of the church in Decatur was trustee. Photo ran in the Decatur Review 6/8/1919.
