Photograph of Jacob A. "Jake" Weigand. Died 4/3/1947. He was formerly active in Republican politics in Decatur and was named town clerk in 1921. He also served as an assessor. He was employed as a machine foreman in the old Decatur Furniture factory. Later he was employed at the Mueller Fixture Co. and was associated in the operation of a grocery store.
