Photograph of Mrs. Wilbur C. (Marion) Wood; (died 11/11/1937). Prominent member of the D.A.R. and wife of Dr. W. C. Wood, one of the most outstanding physicians and surgeons in Central Illinois. She organized the B.W. Chapter of the P.E.O. and served as first president of the group. She took active part in several Decatur clubs, including the Country Club and The Decatur Club. She served on the Y.W.C.A. board of directors for several years. She was elected D.A.R. regent in 1930 and served 3 years. Photo by Burchett of Decatur. Ran in the Decatur Review 11/11/1937.
