Description

This is the minutes and agenda from the special Board of Directors meeting on October 23, 1970. At this meeting, the Board looked at the bids for the sale of the Carnegie Library. They heard from the City School Superintendent, Robert Oakes, about the school district buying the building, but the Board decided to accept the bid of $150,000 from the First Federal Savings and Loan Association.
