Description
This is the minutes of the Finance and Properties Committee meeting in November 1990. At this meeting the committee discussed ideas from department heads on how to cut the operating budget of the library by reducing hours, staff, and have a hiring freeze. A tax referendum, grant funds, different budget proposals, property tax levy, and help from the city were also discussed.
