Waggoner took in Joseph Michl as a partner in 1937 and sold his share of the business in 1939. Decatur Business pg. 58." BS83: "Pete Borogne, 872 S. Franklin St. was shot in the arm from behind as he was driven off, with other miners, before deputized National Guardsmen. On Nov 4, 1932, when Sheriff E. C. Wilson set out to break up the picket line at the Macon County Coal Co. William Dennison, at 1251 Cottage Hill Ave., was also shot in the head and wounded 10 minutes later. Decatur Business pg. 59"
