Description

Photograph of Thomas B. Jack (d. 11/14/1936). He was a prominent attorney in Decatur, and former president of the Decatur Bar Association. He practiced law for over 40 years. Jack was active in Democratic politics, and was a candidate for congressman in the 19th congressional district, and ran for county judge in 1934. Jack was also a member of the Deck, Jack, and Boggess law firm. He attended Leland Stanford University in 1895, and was a classmate of President Hoover. The photo was taken by Wasson Studios, and ran in the Decatur Herald or Daily Review on September 2, 1918.
