Description

Photograph of Arthur W. Kinkade. He was the business manager for the Decatur school district from 1915 to 1922, and the manual training instructor in the Decatur public schools from 1910 to 1915. From 1923 to 1927, he was living in Seattle, WA and working for the Puget Sound Bridge and Dredging Co. In 1929, he became the office and personnel manager and advertising director of the Decatur Pump Co. In 1936, Kinkade became the progress engineer of the Federal Rural Resettlement Administration, and had offices in Champaign, IL. The photo was taken by Wasson Studio, and used in the Decatur Daily Review on February 23, 1913.
