This is the minutes and agenda from the Board of Directors meeting on October 15, 1971. At this meeting, the Board discussed having the Credit Bureau of Decatur collect delinquent fines, having a final meeting with the architects about the North St Building, how good the audit report was for 1970/1971, getting funds from the "make work" program, the opening of the Library Maintenance position, new pre-school story hours, poetry readings with Theatre 7, book discussion groups, the Library's Fall and Winter Program, and the work of the Home Reading Department.
